Return and Refund Policy

Returns
- Eligibility: You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of receiving your order. All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items such as underwear and swimwear unless they are defective.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team at tetahicollection@gmail.com - You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
- Original Payment Method: If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
- If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
